Account & Registration

On the registration page Fill in the form with your full name, mobile number, email, and password. Verify with the OTP sent to your mobile — your 9ku account will be ready in just 2 minutes. Registration is completely free.

Each user may only register one account. Having multiple accounts is against 9ku's policy — if detected, both accounts may be suspended.

on the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link. A reset link will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Follow it to set a new password. If you run into any issues, contact us at support@9ku.im.

Five consecutive incorrect password attempts will lock your account for 30 minutes. Try again after that. For persistent issues, email our support: support@9ku.im।

KYC verification is required to enable withdrawals and keep your account secure. Simply upload a scan of your National ID or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours.

Payments & Withdrawals

After logging in Financial Transactions Go to the page and select "Deposit". Send money via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — your balance will be credited within minutes. Minimum deposit is ৳200.

Withdrawals typically arrive in your mobile banking account within 5–15 minutes. During verification, it may take a little longer, but never more than 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Standard accounts can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day. VIP members are eligible for higher limits.

Yes! When someone registers using your referral link and makes their first deposit, you'll receive a referral bonus. The bonus amount depends on the referred member's deposit.

Change your password immediately and support@9ku.imto report it by email. Our security team will investigate within 24 hours and temporarily freeze the account if necessary.
